Over 4 hours, learn to visualize and execute the many unique types of grouping open to wirework designers; by combining new wirework skills, useful tips to make calculations easy, and a variety of 2 and 3 dimentional grouping patterns, you will be on your way to producing excuisite wire sedings in no time!

Once the perfect loop has been effortlessly achieved it is time for a greater challenge. This course guides you through the engineering aspects of grouping sets of materials together while ensuring the Necklace maintains its form and elegance.
This short course is a module of the JDMIS Foundation Certificate in Jewellery Fabrication using Thread and Wire. For information about how this course fits into a complete jewellery education, visit our Continuing Education Roadmap
  • Learn efficient ways to connect complex groups of materials with speed and ease;
  • Understand how to ensure sections grouped will hang elegantly;
  • Practice fast production of important spare parts such as rings and tubes as connections or embellishments
